From making sure everyone's flights line up, to arranging private transfers, to coordinating special celebrations once you're there. I've spent years building relationships with resorts and cruise lines, so I know exactly which ones will give your group the experience they're looking for.

I handle all the moving parts that come with group travel – room blocks, payment deadlines, special requests – while you focus on getting excited about the trip. No more trying to coordinate everyone's bookings or worrying about whether you've forgotten something important.

As your local Canadian travel agent, I keep things simple with clear communication and personal service. Plus, when you book with me, you're supporting a Canadian small local business and helping the Burlington Humane Society through my Sunny Paws Fund.

Working Together

• Tell me about your ideal group getaway - whether it's an all-inclusive resort, a cruise, or an exciting tour. Family reunions, bachelor parties, or friends from across the country - I've got you covered!
• Now sit back and relax! I'll select the best options for your style and budget, and we'll fine-tune until it's perfect
• Once you're happy, I'll handle all the bookings, and group management and provide your group with a digital itinerary through Trip Plans app

Investment

• A planning fee starting at $150+HST non-refundable deposit is required to secure my services, depending on complexity of group
• Multiple trip quotes and revisions within 30 days of approving this service agreement

Additional Planning Fees Apply For:

• Consultation only services
• Flight-only bookings, connector flights
• International trip planning outside resorts/cruises
• Special requests outside the group offer
